We decided to renovate our nearly 20 year old house to modernise it for the next 20 years. The renovation was an extension and a complete internal redo. We chose Luke, Mode Creative Homes, after undergoing a tender process and evaluating 4 different building companies. Our biggest fear when we started the process was that we would get caught with unplanned cost variations, however when we went through Lukes' proposal and discussed with him what we wanted to achieve, it became very clear to us that Luke's approach to our build was to be completely open and transparent. We understood from the beginning what we were agreeing to. This openness along with his experience in the industry was the reason we chose Luke over and above the other 3 companies. What a success that decision was. Once contracts were signed, Luke and his team got straight into the building work. We loved that Luke always answered the phone when we called and he also made sure he gave us regular updates on what was occurring, making sure we knew when we needed to be at the house to make decisions. Luke has renovated our home and it is just beautiful. The quality of finish to our home is what we wanted and expected. We would highly recommend Luke, Mode Creative Homes.
